Is a one-page website enough?

For the majority of businesses, a one page website is all that is required for your business. Single page sites are easier to navigate, more mobile friendly and are proven to boost user engagement. That's why we recommend them for many businesses, although we're not going to say no if you want more pages!

What if I need to update my new site?

Unlike other web companies, we're not going to charge you an hours work for a task that just takes minutes. You get 60 minutes of free updates per month so minor changes won't cost you the Earth.

Do I need my own text and images?

If you want to supply your own copy and photographs we can incorporate them in to your site design. If not, we use royalty free stock images that won't cost you a thing.

Do I own the graphics and content that were created for my website?

Any photos, logo, menu files, or other material that you provide to us belongs to you.

Because we don’t charge for the design upfront, all other website elements and code that we create are leased from us, like a service or a utility. You're granted the right to use the website we create as long as you remain a customer.

How long does it take to create?

With a one page site, we aim to have you up and running within 7 days of purchase. For larger sites, we’ll have your new website designed, coded, and ready for your review and launch in 30 days or less.

Do I need to provide my own domain / website address / URL?

Every site needs a domain, so if you don't already have one, we can talk you through the process. If you already own a domain then it just need pointing towards our secure servers. We'll help you do this is under 2 minutes.

Do you handle the website software updates?

Yes, we’ll regularly scan your website to ensure it stays safe from malware and other threats, and we’ll make sure that the behind-the-scenes software that powers your website is kept up-to-date. That’s all included in your monthly service.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Whichever you choose, we’ll automatically invoice your card on the first of each month.
